Dear Sir,
I submitted all the death claim documents signed by my mother Urmilla Berry on 1st November 2011 at Branch 119. I am making continuous follow up with the branch but it is a matter of great regret that the payment has being kept lingering on one pretext or the other with none of my fault. I have made telephone calls to the branch for inquiry and also sent my staff to know the status of the case but nothing concrete seems to have been done at the branch. And even after the lapse of complete 22 days I have not received my payment. The purpose of life insurance to help the bereaved family as early as possible has been totally defeated. May I again request you to get my matter expedited.
