[Resolved]  Lic Of India — not received premature payment of LIC policy market plus

My Daughter and wife purchased market plus policies from LIC of India branch Chawani-I Kota Policy No.[protected] for Rs. 50,000.00 and Policy NO.[protected] for Rs. 10,000.00 respectebely. They have surrender policy to LIC of India chawani-I branch Kota for pre-matured payment with all desired documents and origional policy after 3 years but they have not recieved any responce or payment till date after hard persunce to senior manager Chawani-I Branch Kota. May Kindly arrange suitable direction to senior manager LIC of India Chawani-I for pre-matured payment as applied to fullfil emergency need of
money.
