[Resolved] Lic Of India — My policy payment receipts and showing unpaid on the website | |||
COMPLAINT FORWARDED TO FROM TIME TO TIME Inspite of repeated mails sent to u, till date I have not received the receipt for the premium paid towards by policies in question and also the same is not showing in your system as told by bo_894, Mulund Branch.. I am literary punished by both the sides, inspite of repeated follow-ups till date your bo_894 (Mulund - West) has not adjusted the premium paid by me from April to Sep; 2010. My policy No.[protected]Rs.173.40) expired in March 2011 and till date I have not received ntimation about my pension from your end. I have received cheque for GMA, and nobody from your office - Hema Mam, Dalvi Sir are able to explain, what is this. Your letter says there is a gap of Oct, 2003, the premium amount was deducted from my salary and the same was remitted to your office, please ask the person concerned to check and verify with your records. This amount is remitted to your office by Lupin Limited, Mumbai. This is ridiculous, without proper check you simply tell the customer, there is a gap. Was this information helpful? | |||
