LIC OF INDIA/ new delhi — Policy done incorrecly

Dear Team,

i have done a policy " policy no[protected]" in my wife's name akanksha trivedi by branch south ex(code 11f)
by unit manager BIRENDRA XALXO , he requested us to sign on some of the places in the application form , I mentioned it very specifically that we want a policy for 10 years only , and he agreed for the same.But later when I received the policy receipt I was shocked to find that this policy has been done for 15 years duration instead of 10 years.
Unit manager personally assured me that the mistake will be rectified within no time.But after wasting 15 days by keeping policy with him ,he just refused to make any kind of possibility for any change in the policy.
I request you to kindly do the needful and guide me in this respect

I made a complaint for nopn receipt of the benifit of My Policy jeewan Sureksha
but it is matter of surprize that I have not been acknoledged till date what to say for making the due payment . I have contacted the Branch Manager(111 ) but most of the time the Telephone does not respond. No body pick up the Phone.

Please help me & get the due amount returned at the earliest possible.

CONCERNED ADMINISTRATIVE PERSON OF CRRI TOLD ME, LIC BRANCH OFFICE OF NEWFRIENDS COLONY, NEWDELHI OFFICIAL DENIED TO SEND Rs..224/- (MONTHLY PREMIUM THROUGH SALARY OF R.K.PANIGRAHI) FURTHER to CRRI ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF. LIC OFFICIAL OF NEWFRIENDS COLONY TOLD CRRI ADMINISTRATIVE PERSON, ALL THE MONEY ARE IN SUSPENSE ACCOUNT. IT REALLY SURPRISED ME. THIS POLOCY AGENT WAS Sh.KULKARNI. HE IS ALREADY RETIRED FROM CRRI LONG BACK. MY SALARY SLIP SHOWS Rs.224/- HAS BEEEN PAID IN EVERY MONTH FOR LAST SEVENTEEN YEARS AND FOUR MONTHS. KINDLY, HELP ME in this regrad.
I would like to request you to kindly do the needful to view my this policy on-line please. Anticipating a positve and early reply and rectification for policy if any at your end.
