On January 31, 2002, I took volunteer retirement from M/s. JCT Limited, Village Chohal, Hoshiarpur (Punjab).
I got the pension on regular basis from February 2002 to October 2009 @ Rs.1942.00 per month and again from March 2011 onwards till date. In between, I did not received my pension for the period from November 2009 to February 2011.
It is requested that my account may be audited and the pension amount due to me be directly credited to my below mentioned account.
I am also enclosing the scanned copy of my request for electronically transfer of the pension amount sent to LIC Delhi on 15.02.2011 (Scanned copy attached).
