Non-receipt of LIC Policy sent by doc. no. EI[protected]IN dated 12/03/2011 from LIC, Sudama Nagar, Indore to 13-C, Sangam Nagar. Please inform the status and in case delvered by mistake to somebody else, then please inform the name of the person where it is delivered.

Pls do needful ASAP.

My name is prativa saha. My policy no. is[protected]. table no.-160-20.premium rs. 7505.I have deposited lic bond with last premium receipt.The date of deposited of policy bond in barasat br. on 27.12.2011.for survival benefit .still now january 2012 over we not get any policy bond and survival benefit cheque.T he existing agent is not found so i request to you to change my policy in 419no. branch from barasat br. please call me at [protected].
