Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sanjay Bishan Mohan have take housing loan from LICHFL. Details-

Date of loan sactioned- 26th May'2009
Amount- 1230,000/-

Currently the interest rates which they are charging is more than the market rate. They are charging 11.90% (floating). Whenever there is rise in interst rate as declared by RBI, they increase the interest rate bu when RBI announce the decline in interest rates, LIC doesnt rduce the interest rate.

You are requested to look in to the matter so that I pay interest rate as per market existing rates.
