[Resolved]  Lichfl — irresponsible and improper service

SUBJECT- Complaint against LIC-HFL' s letter dated 30.04.2012 for loan account no.[protected]

i have took housing loan and for monthly payment i have completed all the required formalities regarding ECS mandate.
Mr. Sumnesh (LIC agent) assured me about that and told me that from 10th of April a fixed amount of money will be automatically deducted from my account. i have sufficient amount in my account, but than i got a letter from them i.e. Non payment of dues.
it happend because of their technical fault i have repyed for their letter but still didn't get any response from LIC- HFL.Its just an example of its irresponsible attitude and improper service. So please help me out.
