Dear Sir,

I have a LIC policy No 443579263 and an amount of Rs.10000.00 and payment due on July2010. I am trying to pay the amount at various LIC offices at Guwahati since last 5 days. But in every LIC counter I couldn’t deposit the above amount due to link failure.
Also it is not possible to me to go your LIC counter every day as because of my official duties. And I think it is a major draw back of LIC’s , because now a days communication system is so efficient that link failure may minimize with its protection link.

Therefore kindly look after the mater to minimized the customer problem like me.
