[Resolved]  Life business projects pvt. ltd. — regarding refund of security deposit

have joined the company in 18 june 2007 as a Application Developer and was deposit 75000 rs as a security deposit for 16 months .I have sucessfully completed my 16 months employment with the company, but now company officials are not paying my security amount. so please help me for refunding my security money, , , , , , , , , , ,

I have joined the company in july 2007 as a Engg. consultant and deposited Rs 75000 as a security deposit for 16 months .I have sucessfully completed my 16 months employment with the company, but now company officials are not paying my security amount. so please help me for refunding my security money. i have all documents regarding my deposit and company employment details.

Unfortunately I have also been befolled by the same fake oraganisation, I had been asked to pay Rs 80000/- by the company in Jan 2008. This organisation, declared that the comapany is unable to continue their operations as a result forced the emplyees to Resigned. My Rs. 80000 amount is being fuged by them.

If anyone has any information on the Address or Contact details of this organisation can u please fwd the same to me. ([protected]@rediffmail.com).

I had submitted 25, 000.00 Rs. against the advanced security money but due to some avidable surumstances i could not join the company and behafe of that company issued me a cheque of 25, 000.00 but it was bounced. so my request to you plz refund my money as soon as possible.other wise i will go for the legal action.

Life business projects pvt. ltd. — Cheated Rs. 75,000 (INR) .The company gave a check which bounced.

I had joined this company in june-2007.It offered a salary of 2.4L per anuum.
It asked for security deposit of Rs.75,000 (INR).
I worked there for 4 months with a salary of Rs.2,500. But after that company did not paid us for 2 months . We asked to refund our money back.They handed me a check of Rs.75,000 (INR) , which bounced on jan-2008.
After that I heard there is a case going on against the company name and company is shut down.
I lost hope in getting my money back and planned to enhance my career , not wasting time in this dispute.
I still have the check given by the company dated 21 jan-2008 with me .
I want to know if there is any chance to get my money back.

Sir, i joned a company named Life Business projects pvt ltd new delhi in June 2007. Company address is, F-1, B-1 extension. Mohan cooperative industrial estate, new delhi-46.

They appointed me as an application developer against a security deposit of rs -75000, refundable after 15-16 months, The company is closed now facing a legal case.Although on theie website they are continuously telling that office is opened(But in reality it is closed).

The time is well passed the contract period and i don't know how to get my security back.They appointed over 3500 employees following the same scheme.

I tried to contact them but no one receive my letters in the address.

I know that case is going on against the company. Please help me.
Will i have to file a case separately !
