[Resolved] Life Insurance Corporation of IndiA/Child Fortune Plus Policy — Inordinate delay by LIC in Revival of Policy | |||
This has reference to my LIC Policy (No.[protected]. I have undergone severe harassment in revival process of this policy and the same is solely due to careless and irresponsible way of work of few LIC employees. The entire process took more than seven (7) months since February 2010 and still the matter is not resolved by LICI, leaving me in disappointment. The matter become little directional when I complained through LIC’s website on 30th August 2010 (Complaint No. : 267428). As a result of this complain, I got ZUS report through email from PS Deptt. (“ps.[protected]@licindia.com”) dated 10th September 2010 advising for various fresh reports, which I had already done through LIC-approved hospitals. This is not acceptable to me as a customer, having strong relationship with LIC since last twenty (20) years. I need immediate revival of the policy without any more delay, proper action against those who forced me to undergo harassments and compensation towards my suffering and loss of days for the purpose of doing examinations repeatedly and attending LIC’s Office several times.
