I have the following Deposits with LLoyds Finance:

These deposits were for 1 year and matured on 04.04.99. Company has defaulted and not paid back either Intrest or Pricipal. Request to help in getting the Payment

I have not received the payment from the above mentioned company since 2000 to till date. The branch office employee said to contact head office for further clarifications.

Reply is required as soon as possible.

my name is G, Venkateswar Rao and iam working as normal office assistant & i have fixed a sum of amount Rs.14000/- in 1996 for my childrens career i hoped that i will get my amount refund with intrest but now i lost my job & i codn't get any job till now and now my position is in very critical to maintain my family so i request u to kindly do needful necessary action in this matter if coudn't get any help from u then i have to do just one thing i.e., my family suside.

M/s Lloyds Finance is not responding on payment of matured fixed deposit. Money invested in 1997 matured in 2000. No response-no assurance.

Even change of my residential address is not being acknowledged.

This is concerning the FDR no. [protected]/1 in the name of Mr. Amrutlal Ramji Kapadi, the deposit was made for INR 70925.00 for 24 month period @ 14.75% which was due to mature on 05/12/1999 but till date I have not received either of it i.e Principal Amount and Interest except a small instalment of INR 7000.00.

I had deposited Rs15000/ in the name of Aqib Kotwal (my son) with Llyod Finance Limited vide receipt no [protected]/1 dated 24.2.1998 for one year and the maturity date was 24.2.1999. I have returned the original FDR to Llyods on 15.2.1999 for repayment. 30% of the FD amount i.e. Rs4500 was repaid to me on 1.2.2000 vide cheque no 4736. At the same time Llods informed about the rescheduling of the FD repayment by the Company Law Board. As per the letter I was supposed to get the repayment of the entire amount by February 2003 (20% repayment every year). However, till date I have received any payment nor any letter from Llyods intimating the likely date of repayment.

Why the complete silence in maintened in this matter and I do not find any reason to justify this.

By keeping silence for a prolonged period Llyod is causing a serious mental agony to me and my family.

Under the cicumstances, I would humbly request Llyod to repay the amount immediately as I have to support my daughter's marriage in April 2013.
