[Resolved] Looking Good Furniture — Poor Quality,Poor after sales service | |||
I am talking about the store in Kormangala, though I am sure they keep on rotating their sales persons through out Bangalore. I bought a sofa set from them. The delivery didn't happen on time . The sofabed was good only for 1 month(yes you heard me right.) . After registering my complaint several times finally a person visited my place. He was very rude in his dealings and he didn't find any issue with the sofabed though each and every person who come to my house said the sofabeds are having problems...Now after using it for 3months I developed a back pain and finally I stopped using it. Though the sofa had 1 yr guarantee they asked me to pay 3000 to replace the defective bed. Please do not visit the store if you want to buy a good piece of furniture. The Sofa just looks from outside and the Stuffing given inside is Horrible.
I had hardly used for 1.5 months and the side liners had broken (as they had kept Card Boards, instead of Wooden sheets). I was shocked to See a Sofa Dealer using Card Board for Side Liners.
Wonder, whether i had paid amount for Card Board, Nails and Cloths or for the Sofa.
When enquired with the Shop Dealer to replace several times...they made false promises without sending the person for repair on time.
I was not happy with the Sofa and had asked to replace the Sofa (which is hardly 1.5 months old). To my surprise, even the owner rejected our plea for replacement of Sofa.
Would suggest Consumers not to Buy any Sofa from this dealer and get cheated.
