Loop Mobile — The Worst Network...

I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM MY NO IS "98216..." THE NETWORK DOES NOT CATCH IN SIDE MY HOUSE, INSPITE OF SEVERAL COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE ONLY ONE ANSWER, " WE WILL LOOK INTO IT" I THINK THIS IS THE WORST MOBILE SERVISE. AS PER MY OPINION,

i am using [protected]BPL LOOP MOBILE from facing very very bad network problem at my office at civil hospital, Thane (W).

i m from vt(sbs rd) the network so bad tht even i stand near window i cant hv proper talk due to low rang of network my number is 98212*****...
plz look after this problem an get the solution soon

I agree with u, as i m also facing sme prblm...
Since I m working at Airport, we had very bad network problem... at some place we dont get even a single bar... we have complained so many times.. but its gone on deaf ears...

Mumbai. I cant receive or make a single call from my home...i have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant send or recv. SMS also...In Short..After Renaming From BPL to LOOP...and They are Marketing that they having best network..in town...its absolutely a Fake...all other operator's network is working good at my home...but LOOP..is Like..."Yeda bana ke Peda Khaane ka..."
I think they have to Change their name again...From "Loop" to "Droop"

I m using [protected] BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 8 Months..having 4 connection with me...but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Nehru Nagar, Kurla - East. Mumbai-400 024. I cant receive or make a single call from my home...i have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant send or recv. If i talking some one on mobile after some time my network tower is gone.
I Called to Custumar Care, allways they say's "Our Wrok in Progress". I Learn From Last 8 month this Reason.

My office is in Mahim and so is Loop's HO too- But I can bet Loop's network in Mahim is worst than that in any other area. And this has been the case since they were BPL too.. and now it has been bought by Modi and renamed as Loop. From the track record, Modis start/buy any business only for making profit through resale.
So lets hope Vodafone takes it over or else I am the first lined up to change over after number convertibility !

Mumbai. I cant receive or make a single call from my home...i have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant send or recv. SMS also...In Short..After Renaming From BPL to LOOP...and They are Marketing that they having best network..in town...its absolutely a Fake(Fcuk)...all other operator's network is working good at my home...Ur many executives are Idieots, they always disconnect my calls, & they kept me on holding for 20-25 minits
LOOP's executive & technical department ..is Like..."kaam to kuch karte nahi hai aur sab saale fokat ki salary lete hai, bhikhari log.
I think they have to Change their name again...From "Loop" to "Chor's troop"

I have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant send or recv. SMS also(SMS problem is From 31/12/2009 to now)..
There is no prolem in my SIM card & Mobile(I checked)...
I had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different statements about my problems.
They making me angry by disconnecting my calls, putting on hold for long-long time.But the company rule says that u can put on hold for 30 seconds, but they people holding for minimum 10/15 minits.
Pls take strict Action against them. specially with taht man, who told me that his name is Nilesh naikar..

i had many complaint through my friends to their helpdesk but nothing has changed instead it has become worst, Now i Thinking of changing my network provider. becoz I Got biggest loss in my life becoz of you & you As_hols, Mother fcuker's not giving me network in my house, put your network in your technical departments Assss..

because they asking me my problems, then i told my problem to them, then they disconnect my call many times.
