Loop Mobile — unnecessary deduction of talk time | |||
I am Loop Customer for almost 2 years. From last few day i have been frustated and harrasted due to the unneccessary follow up with the BPL customer care. i have observed they are not at all helpful or the excetive that often help the cutomer. The services get automatically activate and are not even cancelled after sending the cancellation request and the amount gets automatically deducted from the account without using or activating this services. Company doesnot accept the mistake commited by them nor refund the deducted amount. Therefor I would like to deactivate loop Mobile service and switch to different service provider with same mobile number.Kindly help.([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

loop mobile talktime — talk time not credited
i had charged my mobile on 21 Aug for Rs 1000 through ICICI bank. i was not given the talk time. instead i was given a scheme of some local calls and sms's. i do not need that. i need to know from loop mobile that how can they force a sceme on someone without telling its detail. the link to loop mobile on ICICI bank says that recharge can be made for any amount. so while i charged my cell to be used in delhi, i was given some local calls. i need my refund please.and surprisingly the complaint e mail id of the company returns all the mail saying that pleasae contact the call centre. and the call centre says please contact the company on that id.
