untimely damage of shoe

Purchased a pair of lotto shoes worth RS 1600/- from the BIG BAZAR at old madras road ,bangalore.
within 2 months it got damaged. I was upset on this issuue.
sir, what to do for this cheating.
we go for branded things for durability.
pls take necessary action.

thats what we call branded...
