[Resolved]  LPG Cylinder — Burner compulsory with New LPG connection

I had applied for new gas connection in the month of November08 & till now I have not received it.Since my family has come I have purchased a gas burner & taken a cylinder from my friend.Now I came to know that burner is compulsary with a New gas connection as per the gas agency .I just want to know that is it compulsory to take gas burner along with new LPG connection
