and i am not receiveing the lpg cylinder for cooking delivered to my house.
i have to collect it from the M S SARASWATI GAS SERVICE Godown always.

Please do the needful to arrange better service to the customers.

I am a consumer of LPG cylinder through Eshwara Agencies,Ghatkesar, who is an Indane dealer. Each and every time after booking the cylinder the agency delivers the refill after repeated complaints. When we try to contact over phone they NEVER LIFT THE CALL or does not respond properly. Now inspite of giving complaint on 3rd may 2013 through you, i have not received the refill. Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Indian Oil. I have booked my LPG refill on 02/01/2013 through IVRS. Accordingly, a massage have been received on 05/01/2013 indicating that the cash memo is already generated and filled refill will be delivered shortly. But the same has not yet been delivered.

Please give the status of delaying in supply the refill.

My consumer number is 43577, Ranie Enterprises, Nanganallur is my agency, they delivered me a faulty cylinder with a cash memo/bill no of 14934 for paying Rs.10- less to the delivery boy last time. I pay Rs.420 (against a bill of Rs.398)for a cylinder but last time as I did not have enough cash I told him that is all I had. He said appadiya with a vengence tone and left. This time he has charged me Rs.430/- and over and above delivered...

Dear Sir, i am staying in M V Nagar, Ram Murthy Nagar Bangalore. Our Gas Agency is :Sri Rama Gas Agency Ramamurthy Nagar. The delivery boy charges Rs.20 exttra on the bill amount and refuses to deliver the cylender if this amount is not paid. He never gives the cash memo. On enquiey he uses obusive language and becomes aggressive.
Please look into the matter and urgently do the needful.

It is to bring in your kind notice that Customers are being cheated in the name of Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) by the distributor (Kesri Gas Agency , P.O. Adityapur, Distt. Seraikela-Kharsawan) here. Some of the major malpractices adopted by them are as follows.

M?S Gurudatta gas service supplied LPG cyinder which does not have the rubber washer in place and is causing gas leakge. Hi,
I have been received a LPG cylinder from Bharat Gas agency[Bangalore Gas Agency] near my area . My Connection No. is 23787.

The clyinder I have recieved this time [14th Oct 2010] shows the date on Clyinder has B-10 , which means the clyinder has expired or need to be tested before delivery.

I asked the supplier to change the Cylinder and he said they will not change the cylinder . I have raised a complaint...

I had applied for new gas connection in the month of November08 & till now I have not received it.Since my family has come I have purchased a gas burner & taken a cylinder from my friend.Now I came to know that burner is compulsary with a New gas connection as per the gas agency .I just want to know that is it compulsory to take gas burner along with new LPG connection...

I have asked the Ghai Bharat Gas Agency, goregaon east Mumbai for new connection, But the price told to me was very overhigh around 6200 for single cylender with chulla.
But on discussion with the Bharat Gas customer care it is known that tha average cost of cylender is around 2200 without chulla.And in the agency they has told that it is compulsory to buy cylender with chulla otherwise connection...
