[Resolved]  LPG Cylinder — Tirupati Gas Service at Bhayander a disgrace on the Bharat Gas Agency.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am greatly pained to bring to your kind notice the unfair act of dischonesty practised against me by Tirupathi Gas service on the eve of my transfer from Mumbai in the month of August '09.
I deposited my empty gas cylinder under rules at the said unit and I was handed over a cheque worth Rs 1400/- bearing No 008646 of New India co-op Bank Ltd Dt.1st Aug'09 for the same. On the 14th Aug'09 I deposited the cheque in my A/c No: [protected] at SBI Rehari Jammu. The bank tried for four & half months to clear the cheque but in vain. It was returned by New India Coop bank, Mira road branch twice due to insufficient funds & the cheque bounced.
It is requested that the Bhayander unit may kindly be penalized for playing foul with customers coming from far flung areas to render services in Mumbai. This mischievous act of the unit has put me to a lot of inconvenience in addition to monitary loss incurred by me with regard to the telephonic communication, I had with unit from time to time and each time I was avoided.
Now it is requested that my amount of Rs 1400 & additional 50 % of 1400 as penalty may be got credited to my A/c No: [protected] at SBI Rehari Jammu failing which I will be compelled to take a legal course.

Thanks & Regards,
B Raina
