[Resolved]  LPG Indane Booking — Problem in telephonic and online LPG booking for domestic use

Sir,
I am a LPG consumer of C.Lal and Sons(Gas)Kashmere Gate, Delhi vide C.No.18569. For the last week I have been trying to book a refilling of LPG cyliner on telephonic number of the said dealer but in vain. I have also tried to book it on online at www.ioclebiz.com but the site is not being opened. Resultantly I have not been able to book the gas. It is nothing but undue harassment to the consumers for no fault of theirs. I request Indane authorities to enquire into it, find out who is responsible for such lapses and take stern punitive action against them.

My consumer no. is 24059. I can never access to my dealer on telephone. It is always keeps on ringing and no one answers. Everytime I have to go personally and book for refilling. It comes within 7 days.
Why cant I book on telephone ?????

My problem is the ladies who sites their @ gas agency (Sri Guruvayurappan Service - Chennai-26) either they do gossip on the phone or they put the receiver away from phone, one day I complaint also but nothing happened.
Kindly do help us.

I have also tried to book it on 1260 on 31/12/09 @12.00p.m. It is nothing but undue harassment to the consumers for no fault of theirs. I request Indane authorities to enquire into it, find out who is responsible for such lapses and take stern punitive action against them.

I am a LPG consumer of Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I have HP connection and i am facing the same problem of telephonic conversation. Their number is always not working or comes as busy.Mostly it takes a week to connect with them or otherwise we have to go personally to book a cylinder.I don't know how much this forum is helpful, but I want some proper solution to the problem.

I am living in Timarpur. The service of the C.Lal and sons of Indane Gas agency is excellant and the behaviour of the manager is also very good

But in recent, a couple of days before I was shifted room and want to change the address. I attached the residencial proof but your staff had not support me regarding the same. I have shifted in the same area than why they are creating problem to the customer. I am having few casual leave and I can not come to your office daily.

So I request to the manager please do some instruction the their staff so that your customer will be happy and your customer always appriciate you

i sri manoj kumar agrawal of junagarh dist kalahandi orissa regreatly i am say to that there is only one lpg dealer in our area .& the dealewr was not able to supply refill regilarly to counsumer. the dear tell after recive refill u book after 21 days &u get ur refill when urs turn will come .i complen to uor area maneger mr B BHASKAR RAO ON THIS REGARDS .BUT HE CANT REPLY SAISFY. THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION &TAKE NESSERY ACTION AGAINST THE DEALER .

Its all about non unity. if all consumers of the area withdraw there connection from distributer and complain to IOC to cancel his license. I know this is not a game but if once done then all come in line... But the system is all corrupt from top to bottom and for whole we only (consumer) were responsible. So think and wake-up this is the time to show our power, if not then suffer as you are suffering. All the best.

My consumer no.26299 with Kalkaji Gas Services, Delhi.
Few months back I registered with my mobile no.[protected]. After a couple of months I lost my said mobile. Now I want to register with my mobile no.[protected], but I do not know the process/way how could I cancel the old number and register with new number ? I met the booking person(lady) as well as the manager. I request them to help/suggest, it is unfortunate we live in India, they behaved like big bosses and I am like a beggar went to them for begging. I am facing a lot of problem to book my iocl lpg refill booking. Kindly help me.

My name is hema my family regular customer of the LPG gas cylinder from smriti gas sarvice i want to do complain about the bad service of gas cylinder in our locality. some days ago we wanted to apply for new cylinder so we went to smriti gas agency, there was a man he was saying that he is owner of this agency and he treat to customers very badly and say cylinders are not available and not giving any kind of information that we want to about to taking of new cylinders and any kind also.

we had gone there for getting information about new cylinder but he has not gave us any information infact he has written our gas book that our documents are missing so stop the reffling of cylinder because of that we are facing a big problem with a big family right now we could not get information about new cylinder and not getting reffling of cylinder.

Our telephonic gas booking is not going on, we wanted to solve our problem but right now we are bearing two problems.

Sir, according you this work which done by this agency manager was right? i request you to plz take action against the agency and specially for agency manager because it his ought to give information to customers he should be helpful for customer but he is not .

I am a LPG consumer of TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE, J-Block, Shop No. 31, DDA Market, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018.For the last month I have been trying to book a LPG cylinder on talephone of said dealer.but they answer that your cylinder deleiver in two or three days.They cannot deleivered.I book many time but their answer is same.Please take some legal action on them.
