Dear sir/madam, I am seeking for new gas connection for household use as am not having any gas connection in house. LPG — Regarding New Connection
I want to take new connecton from Ravi Gas Service, Prem Puri, Jharsa Road, Near Sector-32, Gurgaon, and trying for the same for the last eight months The agency is denying for allotment of new connection when I visited in Oct'07 they said plz. come after Deepawali, after Deepawali I visited again, and they repeated the same words saying for next month, every month I tried and they refused that we have not any new cyl. will let you know when we get in stock, finally last week they refused saying that co. has closed the new connection so we are unable to provide the same, I noticed one thing more when I visited to this agency they alloted new connection to Urban resisdent and I was asked for my residence when I told them that my resisdence is in vill. Jharsa, then they refused to give me new connection. On this I said to them that your agency is in premises of our vill. Jharsa then why can you deny us for allotment of new connection you should not do this partiality. I don't understand why this is happening there is no customer support from your side.
