SUB.:- UNEXPECTED & INTOLERABLE TREATMENT GIVEN TO ME
IN SIDE THE FLEIGHT.

IN THE ABOVE CONNECTION, I WANT TO SUBMIT MY COMPLAIN
AS FOLLOWS:-

(1):- WE,MY SELF & MY WIFE ARE THE FREQUENT TRAVELERS BY YOUR
AIR LINES.FOR LAST 35 YEARS,WE HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING BY YOUR AIR
LINES TO USA, NIGERIA, EUROPE INDIA & SO MANY OTHER DESTINATIONS.
WE NEVER COMPLAINED FOR ANY THING & ALWAYS BEARED WITH ANY
INCONVENIENCE,CAUSED BY YOUR AIR LINE.

(2):-BUT,THIS TIME I WAS VERY MUCH DISHEARTENED, DISAPPOINTED & BADLY
HURT,WHEN I HAD A VERY BAD SERVICES & TREATMENT IN THE FLEIGHT,
WHILE TRAVELLING TO THE FOLLOWING SECTORES:-

(A):- FROM FRANKFURT TO MUMBAI & RETURN:-
DATE;[protected].- FLT: 756.- SEAT # 39 A

(B):- FROM FRANKFURT TO NEW YORK..
DATE:- [protected]. - FLT: 400.- SEAT # 27 A.

FOR THE ABOVE BOTH SECTORS, I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAIN, AND,
ALSO WANT TO SUBMIT MY REPORT IN WRITING TO YOU FOR AN
APPROPRIATE ACTION,AND,THE COMPENSATION FROM YOUR END,FOR
THE LOSS,FOR DAMAGING MY "HINDUISM RELIGIOUS RITES, DUTY & PURITY"
OF MY BODY & SOUL, CAUSED BY YOUR IN FLEIGHT STAFFS (PURSER).

THE DETAILS OF MY COMPLAIN:- ARE AS SUBMITTED BELOW:-

(1):-AS USUAL, WHILE BOOKING MY FLEIGHT WITH MY TRAVEL AGENT,
I ALWAYS REQUESTED FOR THE PURE VEGETARIAN MEALS, AND IT
WAS CONFIRMED ( AS PER THE PRINT OUT ENCLOSED HEREWITH )
BY YOUR AIR LINES. BEFORE MY DEPARTURE ALSO, AGAIN, I DOUBLE
CONFIRMED MY SEAT NUMBER & VEGETARIAN MEALS FOR ALL THE
SECTORES , WHICH WAS AGAIN RECONFIRMED BY YOUR RESERVATION
OFFICE IN NEW YORK.

(2):- I BELONG TO A VERY HIGH HINDU BRAHMIN FAMILY (A DEVOTEE OF
ISKCON ), A PURE VEGETARIAN & A VERY RELIGIOUS FAMILY, AND,
ALWAYS MAINTAINED OUR " HINDUISM RELIGEOUS RITES,
PURITY & DUTIES" VERY STRICTLY THROUGHOUT MY LIFE.

(3):- AS PER OUR RELIGIOUS TRADITIONAL RULES, WE ARE EVEN NOT
ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD.THEREFORE, I ALWAYS
TAKE CARE,AND MAKE SURE THAT MY VEGETARIAN MEALS HAS BEEN
CONFIRMED.

(4):- BUT, THIS TIME,IT WAS MY BAD LUCK THAT INSPITE OF TAKING SO
MUCH CARE, IN THE FLEIGHT(TRAVELLING FROM FRANFURT TO MUMBAI),
THEY SERVED ME NON-VEG.MEAL (CHICKEN).AS I DON'T KNOW, AND
NEVER SAW COOKED CHICKEN BEFORE THIS, I THOUGHT IT WAS ONE
OF THE VEG. DISH,WHEN I STARTED EATING THAT,I GOT SOME DIFFERENT
TYPE OF TASTE, IT WAS VERY TASTELESS.I STOPPED EATING,AND
CALLED THE PARSER,AND ASKED WHAT WAS THAT,THEY TOLD ME
IT WAS A CHICKEN.I IMMEDIATELY RAN TO TOILET,AND STARTED
VOMITTING OVER THERE VERY BADLY.I WAS FEELING VERY BAD,
THINKING WHAT TYPE OF SIN & MISTAKE I COMMITED AT THAT TIME.

(5):-THEN, AGAIN, I CALLED THE ATTENDENT,AND, ASKED,” WHEN I
REQUESTED FOR THE VEG. MEAL ,WHY THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE
CHICKEN (A NON VEG. FOOD)”.LATER ON, THEY CAME WITH THEIR
SUPERVISOR,AND CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND
ASKED AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.BUT FOR THIS I SUFFERED
A LOT,I FELT VERY BAD, THROUGHOUT THE FLEIGHT I WAS VOMITTING.
I WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT TO DO. I HAD TO TELL THEM,
"YOU HAVE RUINED MY RELIGEOUS DEVOTION , PURITY & DUTY,YOU
FED ME A MOST OBJECTIONABLE ITEM AGAINST MY RELIGEON.I AM 63 years
OLD,TILL TO DATE,I ALWYAS MAINTAINED MY RELIGEOUS DUTY & RITES,
& PURITY,AND,STATUS VERY STRICTLY, BUT,NOW,BECAUSE OF YOUR
NEGLIGENCY,YOU HAVE SPOILED MY RELIGEOUS PURITY.IT IS ONE
OF THE BIGGEST SIN FOR A BRAHMIN ( HINDU ),IF HE EATS A NON -
VEGETARIAN ITEM.NOW FOR THE ABOVE SIN,I HAVE TO DO SO MANY
SACRIFICES ,AS SPIRITUAL PUNISHMENT TO GET RIDE OF THIS SIN,
I DON'T KNOW WHAT OTHER PUNISHMENT,I WILL GET FROM MY GOD,
AS I DON'T HAVE THE FACE TO APOLOGISE TO THE ALL MIGHTY GOD
FOR HIS FORGIVENESS."

(6):- THEY ALL STARTED ASKING APOLOGY, BUT THE "APOLOGY" IS NOT
GOING TO GIVE ME BACK MY RELIGEON.AFTER THAT I DID NOT ATE
ANY THING & WAS HUNGRY FOR 12 HOURS UPTO MUMBAI.

(7);- SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN, WHILE COMING BACK FROM FRANFURT
TO NEW YORK. THEY DID NOT SERVE ME ANY MEAL,AFTER 2 HOURS,
WHILE OTHER PEOPLE ALREADY FINISHED EATING,I ASKED THE
ATTENDENT,” WHAT ABOUT MY MEAL,I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR
LAST 2-HOURS”,THEN THEY REPLIED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE
THE VEGETERIAN MEAL FOR ME.AND HENCE,AGAIN I WAS HUNGRY,
THROUGHOUT THE TIME ( IN THE FLEIGHT) TILL NEW YORK,EVEN
THEN THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY FRUIT TO EAT.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS TOTALLY AGAINST MY RELIGEON,I
AM TAKING IT AS AGAINST THE HUMINITY & MY RELIGEOUS RITE,
THEY COMPLED ME TO EAT THE NON-VEG. ITEM & RUINED
ME FROM MY DUTIES TOWARDS MY RILIGEOUS SOVERGINITY.

ALTHOUGH I CAN'T GET BACK MY RELIGEOUS PURITY &
RELIGEON, BUT,AS THIS HAS HAPPENED BACAUSE OF THE” MISTAKE,
NEGLIGENCY “OF YOUR AIR LINES,THEREFORE, FOR WHICH ,YOUR
AIR LINES SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE,AND SHOULD
COMPENSATE ME SUITABLY FOR THIS ACT OF NEGLIGENCY, FOR
DAMAGING MY PURITY OF BODY & SOUL,AND, MY RELIGEOUS DUTY.
