[Resolved]  M2K Infrastructure — No Progress in M2k Dharuhera even after 3 years

I am facing the same issue with M2K County Heights. They planned to build 9 towers but now they are actually going to build only 4 towers. Despite this major change in plan, they did not inform their customers and only when I approached them, they informed this change.

Since then I have been following up with them to give me an exit option if they are not planning to build the tower in which I was alloted the flat, but by giving one or the other excuse, they are sitting handsomely on my hard earned money.

Can someone guide in filing a case in consumer court and more importantly, has anyone seen the positive results?

Complete fraud M2K Dharuhera County Heights!!!

It seems the M2K now looking for avenues to gobble up some money paid by the gullible customers. Lets not allow him to do this. United we stand better would serve our purpose. On the whole very shady group and think they are in the era of feudalism. All flat buyers have to done Anna Hazare cap and fight the malafide intentions of the group. We should ask the money back with 12% interest. Period>>>>>>>>>>>.

I have also filed a case in 2010 in consumer court at Delhi which is going on. Does anyone have any information about the project status...

Any refunds have been done so far by the builder on cancellation of flat at M2k County Heights. Please share some info about M2K county heights as how can I force them to get the refunds at pratap.[protected]@gmail.com.

M2K County dharuhera — No construction

I also booked two flats in M2K County Dharuhera. They are keep asking money and now from last two years they are silent. They are really fraud. I heard some people get refund from developer through consumer court. I also planed to file a case against them.

Did anyone get an absurd interest demand from M2K today?

M2K did ask about absurd Interesrt. Earlier they asked for EDC IDC, then they refunded it and then again asked for interest on absurd grounds. They have got documents completed for posession. But still no development on site. There is a forfeiture clause if we do not complete in 3 years from posession. But how can we construct withoiut basic facilities there.

Hi All, there is a legal case filed against M2K for excessive delay in the delivery of M2K County heights (Dharuhera). We're a group of 6 - 8 people and are in the process of mediation process.

For making our case stronger, we need more sufferers of M2K to join us and get benefited together. M2K County heights has lost reputation in the market and don't expect possession or increase in the price of M2K County Heights pretty soon. M2K is giving false promises from past 3 months.

Please let me know if anyone will be interested in joining us. The legal fees will be approx. 18 - 20K (compared to invested amount of Rs 20 - 25 Lakhs).

Everybody has been writing so much related to M2K just wanted to know has any one of you'll filed a complain in RERA? Secondly a lot of people are talking about complain through media etc... but no one article have I seen for the same.

Please note that I am not here to complain that you guys have done nothing uptill now but definitely want to be a part of it and help you'll as M2K has also created a ruckus for me at the Oyster Grande project.

I have been following this thread for along time related to this particular project M2K county and it seems to be a poor project and secondly there is no update on internet related to the project. Definatley if I see there website its going to be very gloomy and all .
I have tried removing more details the directors are Mr.Mahesh Bhagchandka and Mr.Vikahs Bhagchandka and they seem to be very well connected and influential.

If you'll google Mr.Vikash Bhagchandka and Mr.Mahesh Bhagchandka you will receive a lot of information related on them and these are the people who have bag backed your money and kept it in their safe!

I would strongly suggest you'll if possible highlight in media so that these top management can hear you from there as consumer complains done against them is actually like good for nothing.
