Madhur Courier Service — courier not delivered

Dear Sir,

this is highly unprofessional behavior made by madhur courier service. the consignment which has my medical certificate & medical claim supporting hadn't delivered to me at pune just because they people didn't have boy of that area. they why they people booked my consignment. in fact they just sent back to consignment to neemuch.again from neemuch my relative sent documents via speed post. it took around 15 days & due to lateness my claim rejected.

Sir i need the money for which i suffered kindly do me favor & oblige me.
