[Resolved] Madhur Courier Services — HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE | |
The courier packet sent from bhiwani (haryana) to bombay (Bandra) sent 7 days back, never received. What worse, there is no person who can attend to customer complaint. You call one center, they refer you to some other center. At last, after 2 days I got the final number of the Bandra (Bombay Center), only to be informed that "Sir, we have not received the packet at this center and hence we cant help you. Check our website to track your delivery status?" Now final blow :- Website doesn't work? I dont know what to do with the tracking number, the courier company has provided me I have lost all hopes of getting the packet and have requested my relatives to fax me the papers sent through courier. yes, Madhur courier is 3rd class courier, I have ever seen. They lost my vital papers and delete their databases, except having 2-3 months old only.

Madhur courier service is really worst, the people working in this service agency are worst...
They all should be hanged, and punished, at least the owner of the company should be punished and ruined his business, as he is not doing proper business, and damaging others time and money.

madhur courier services in Vidisha are like hell. in office of vidisha there is no responce to coustmer complaint. they are running rightman express . They use to say its sister consern of madhur in MP."madhur courier ko MP main band kar do to aap ki ijjat bachi rahaigi."
yes i agree with all of you that this is very third class courier company and ver y poor branch of this is peera garhi udhyog nagar brach which is located in ekta enklave whose runner is mr. rajput who donot know the way of talking if this compnay goes on this right way that will go down

type of Courier.An admit card sent (04Nov. 2008) in envelope from Ramanujganj(Chhattisgarh)to Haldia (West Bengal) has not been recieved till 12th Nov. 2008.This is my CAT admit card.Yhis Madhur Courier has ruined my career.May god destroy this company for the goodness of my country.
The worst service ever seen.i have sent courier but no stasisfactory service/trace/reply.A ticket has been desptached dleverymen made cash tickets.so this type of service may put u in big trouble.

Madhur Courier Services is entirely poor in Jodhpur Dist. We have to hutch each and every time the consignment dispatched from the consignee. The worst courier service I have ever seen.

I had boooked a consignement on 19 Nov. 2009 from Badwani to Bilaspur. First they told me that consignment is delivered. But my friend told that he did not received any consignment. When I asked prof of delivery. They told that your parcel is "missing" Nither they delivered not returende the parcel. Please be aware this rubbish courier-Rehmat
I have to get one courier from Raipur to Alleppy Dist. Kerala through madhur courier, After one week, when I asked the courier agency why it is late the agency told me the ffice at alleppy is closed and it is returning back, I ask why then this agency is accepting the courier when you don't have the service to provide, and for returning it will take another week still I have not received the courier back. The document was a certificate and I lost the job offer, Such company should be banned or punished with big penalty
