I have ordered a product from swiss beauty where first delivery attempt was made to my house and due to otp issue delivery agent took the order back, I requested for reattempt where next day i got message out for deliver but no delivery attempt made like this for next 2 days product was out for deliver and everyday i called delivery executive and he said madam i will deliver tomorrow but he never made any delivery attempt. Raised a complaint against shiprocket. Did not even get the resolution and the ticket was also closed.
The issue was related to that one of my product was missing from the package that i sent to customer. The shipment was RTO.

Even the photo uploaded on the POD is wrong. My POD was also not uploaded. As i said again i am saying one of my items in the package returned was missing....

The product has been marked as delivered but same has not been delivered to me. It is an expensive item. Without giving OTP the same has been marked as delivered.

I ordered a suit from an online shiprocket seller, but when the package arrived, it was only trash in the package. This seems to be a scam. Since shiprocket has no customer complaint channel, I have no way to reach out to them. Please help me correct this scam....

on 14 sept i have started my men's grooming online business for which i used shiprocket as my aggregator, i thought it would help me to grow my business.

My package was not delivered even though it's out for delivery. Every day morning, I get the message in my phone that my package is out for delivery.
