Hi, I want to tell everybody that never use Madhur Courier Service for any reason. This courier service is worst in india. My fren sent me a parcel on 21 Oct from Bhilwara Rajasthan and Today is 27 Oct, but still I dont know where is my Parcell.. I m really very worried about that. I spoke to Bhilwara office and Mumbai office, but the answer is ""Our system is down so plz call after some time"" Next time I am not goiing to use this courier service in my life .. very poor management and unproffessional people. Today I am going to Head office so I hope I will get my Parcell there.

SHRI SHANTI NIWAS — Not received my product

My EMS no is EC[protected]US. It was a camera which was send from California, USA on 23/01/09 to Cuttack, Orissa.
While tracking, it shows that it cleared the Calcutta Customs on 29/01/09. So it should have reached me very soon. But it has not yet reached me. I contacted Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata Speed post but none are able to give me any details.
I will request to trace it and deliver me as soon possible.
