passport office madurai — Passport Not issued

Sirs; My wife's passport was dragged for long on the reason that we live in foreign country and the previous PP was issued from Japan. The passport officer did not attend the tel calls/not respected fax sent from Japan Indian Embassy, authorizing our stay. PP officer asked us to come in person but did not allow inside / not speak to us. After dragging us for three weeks said that you travel to foreign country and get from there. It was incredible India we Indians experienced that we fail to get passport in India but we travel overseas to obtain Indian Passport. My E Mail seeking queries to Passport officer's official E Mail ID was also not answered. I assume someone can look at the real issues in Madurai.

I had submitted my Passport Application Form at District Passport Center,Nagercoil on 16 August 2010.Still I havent Received my Passport and checking the passport status online on daily basis, it shows police enquiry not yet received.Kindly take necessary action to get my Passport At the earliest.

TIllnow I have not received my passport which is applied on 13.09.2010 on ordinary scheme in Madurai passport office. The verification has been done by the police department also. I have not yet received my passport tillnow (25-OCT-2010). Reference File no: MDUA02143810. Please take necessary action to issue my passport as soon as possible.

I have applied my passport for re-newel on 22/11/2010, my file no- MDUE01469410, STEPHEN SUNDAR, it was showed in the last month passport will be dispatched on 31 JAN, now again its showing week times,

I am Rajeshkumar R from Thirumangalam, Madurai. I applied a new passport 2 months before. Police status was incomplete in my case. I dont know what to do. The problem is i have applied passport without complete one year of my post graduation. So i have two police enquries both from home and my college. Passport verification in my home is completed and they said they sent the report. I dont know the status of my college. I am born, in 07.03.1989, i have not a birth certificate due to i was born in house. my parents are
not try to get a birht certificate. now i am applied passport, but the passport officers are need a birth certificate. How i will get a passport with out birth certificate?.. or how i will get a birth certificate?

Tillnow I have not received my passport which is applied on 18.10.2011 on NORMAL scheme in Madurai passport office. The verification has been done by the police department also. I have not yet received my passport tillnow[protected]. Reference File no: MD02Z[protected](Since ia am searcing passport status in internet, but found in error"the reference file number is invalid".
