PF Withdrawal

hello
i have been working with vodafone for 5 year on the pay roll of magus
now i am no more with the firm and its been 6 to 7 month that i have applied for PF withdrawal and my form has been rejected but i haven’t received a latter for that secondly when ever i am going to magus(my pay roll office where i have submitted my PF form they are saying that they have send mail to concern but they are not getting reply,
my PF A/c no is TN/26047/21250
may claim id is TNMAS[protected]
below is the E PF site remark for rejection
