I have given the vehicle to Patwa Automotive in Indore on 20/10/2012. First the service staff told us that there is injector problem, when physically checked in my presence, it was working properly.
Later on I was informed that there is problem in wiring. I am not able to understand why the actual problem in the vehicle has been found out. The service manager - Mr. Rai over there has told me that there is problem in wiring according to him, and concerned part is not available in the service centre. They have ordered the part to the company, and are saying that the part will be available after 15 days. I fail to understand why there is time lag of 15 days in procuring the part. As far as I know the parts are available from company within 2-3 days from ordering.
Sir, I have attached my vehicle to government department, I am occurring a loss of Rs. 1500/- per day due to non-availability of vehicle. If I do not give the vehicle by 27/10/12, my contract will be cancelled. I request you to provide me with alternate vehicle till my vehicle is repaired or replace the vehicle. It is me who is suffering due to negligence of service manager in Patwa Automotive, as he is not able to satisfy my problem.
I have contacted your company's customer care centre for last 5 days, but I am not able to get any satisfactory reply from your side.
