Sir/Madam,
I am NITIN P. HEDAU , serving with INDIAN AIR FORCE, as a LASCAR, I Purchased ur company vehicle because MAHINDRA NAME IS ENOUGH is on my mind. So…….
With due respect and humble submission the following facts for favour of your kind information and necessary action.
I have purchased MAHINDRA DURO on 11 APR 2013 from MERCURY MOTORS, NAGPUR.

1) I have facing more problem due to ur MAHINDRA DURO

2) Front & Back wheel disc does not rotate properly (disc rotating graph is not draw 1 & 2 circle line , its draw more & more line as graphically

3) When I ride on plane road ur MAHINDRA DURO isnot ride smoothly

4) I ride on plane road ur MAHINDRA DURO isnot ride smoothly, when I increse speed from 30-40, 40-50 & decrese speed 50-40, 40-30 some noise & vibrating /friction type sound will be produce again & again on every day, vibration assume rider/driver legs.

5) Mileage drop from 50 km per ltr to 30 km per ltr

6) Problems with engines noise (Sound like it would get seized)

7) Front & Back wheel tyre alignment problem

8) VEHICLE NO. not received to till date

Mostly ladies are used this type of vehicle therefore My wife was discus that problem with MERCURY MOTORS ( technicians, supervisor, managers) his told in Hindi : aadmi vibrate hota hai to ye gaadi hai, I ask to u how to say that ?
I want replacement of this vehicle because wheel disc does not rotate properly & graphically one line. There fore that vehicle continuously jumping & that reason me & my family suffering from backbone (medicle) problem.

Pls attend & solve my problem
