Sir, Zulaikha motors is known as a quality dealer of Mahindra cars and their services are utmost trust as their reliability and trustworthiness on road. But I have to say a different story with my experience at your services. Your service department has been unable to properly repair my car, that caused big troubles to me and to my family and I need your help to resolve the situation. I had given my vehicle for the service last month and had told that my engine coolant indication problem and car break shoe problem and got the car deliver after three days by informing that all the issues had resolved but within a week again I faced same issues and while driving my car to my native I met with an accident and my car got major damage due to break shoe issue and again engine coolant indication also not working so I approached Zulaikha motors but I have not received proper response, this is very much hearting me and I was telling to the service man that my car met with accident and need to look in to this on emergency case but they refusing it Your engineer’s not only caused to lost my money by improper maintenance but it was also a cheating by troubled me with false information’s. I'm certainly not happy, your company's inefficient service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me. I expect your dealership to fix the loss caused. I anticipate an adequate compensation to be provided in consideration to the financial loss caused and to the mental agony due to the negligence and utter carelessness of your employees. I will provide all documents and invoices from TVS to you supporting above things on request from your side. Your esteemed company is requested to take immediate action on this mail and inform us the action your office is contemplating in this regard. mahindra/logan — damage while service
dear sir,we have given our logan car DL 4C NB 1722 to shri durga automobiles (najaf garh road) delhi for body shop work but on surprise when the vehical was handed back to me .the amplifier fixed in my car for music system was thorughly wet to which service advisor mr jyot singh admitted mistake on washing departments behalf & with the mutual consent we agreed that company would get it changed or repaired on there cost but after a week when we reached company to get our amp back they refused to get it rectified by saying that company is not responsible for such losses & customer should bear all the loss
SO KINDLY PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND GET IT RESOLVED
