[Resolved]  Mahindra Logan — axle broke in the first year

I am using a mahindra logan from 2010 september and on september 2011 on my way to banglore when driving at a normal speed of 80kmph i lost the control of the vehicle with no response from breakes and gear and i got saved by god grace hitting the mediam and car came to a halt. it was in NH bypass just 20 kms before salem. and i had taken it to service by towing to SKS mahindra service at salem and replaced all parts and i had to spend 65000 rs and did not get coverage well from insurance agent i had to pay 26000 by cash also. how can i beleive in my future drives for long trips when a 1 yr old car axil is being broken on a normal drive. my car number is KL 7 BP 3126. and mobile number is [protected]
