Mahindra Logan — unsatisfactory service

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had given my Mahindra Logan car registration No. HR02S0372 to Authorized dealer M/S Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd. Hadapsar Pune 411 013.for replacement of oil sum tank.

1. Car delivered on 2nd of January 12 and Insurance survey was done on 3rd Jan 12 and they promised delivery by 4th January 12.
2. When I visited 4th morning I found my car opened in open ground with lots of dust on it, I raised concern for the same as they are claiming dust free work shop and they apologise for the same and asked me to come in evening for delivery. When I went in evening for delivery of car they start telling me stories, ultimately I found oil sum available with them was of petrol engine and could not fit on diesel engine. This was purely miss management of dealer on their inventory control.
3. In between I called them many times but answer were not satisfactory and even they were not picking the phone.I am working in Ranjaon Goan which is app.60 Kms from here so I had to loss my three working days to go personally and check the status of my car.
4. One day they called me and told we will give you compensation because of our failure.
5. On 21st I went to take delivery of my car I found bill amount Rs .47000 while as estimate given to me was app. Rs.25000.
6. Then they start arguing to pay Rs.47000 then only they will give the delivery and regarding compensation they will go to Mahindra and will decide later.
7. Till 21st January I have paid more than Rs.40000 to taxi for their negligence and wrong commitment.
Your service center has shaken my faith and in future I will think several times before giving my vehicle for servicing and mind it I would not recommend this service center to any of my friends or relatives.

Mahindra which holds a name in the industry, its image is being tainted by such dastardly managed service centers. I would request Mahindra to take stringent action against such irresponsible and callous approach in treating customers.

Further I want compensation for the damaged which occurred due to negligence of your service center.
