hello, We have taken of the new mahindra xylo ,on the first service itself we noticed some problems, we mention it to the service manager but they cannot clear them . they are unknown abt that problems. problems are 1, joint sound now the sound is increasing, 2,fanbelt sound 3,front bonnet vibration 4, one more sound coming frm both sides of the body but we cannot identify wer the sound comes in the service centre ther mahindra helpline scorpio vehicle hit on our vehicle mirror and scratched it and back right side wheel cap also scracthed they told we will will replace it on the next service . we have taken the second service but all the problem still persist. we have email to coustomer care of mahindra [protected]@mahindra.com but they didnt reply at all. hope a better reply VEHICLE NO..
