Hi,
I have salary a/c in HDFC, Nasik, Thatte nagar Branch.
On 9th Feb My relative put Rs.2L in my a/c thru check. I got credit of the same. After that i have issued a check of Rs.2L to my Builder for payment of house. on 16the feb i was surprised to know thru netbanking that the check was bounced twice from my a/c.
Imdly I call phone banking & asked the details. No clarification was given. Then after some arguments he accepted the mistake & requested me to go to bank & discuss. As it was their mistake I refused to go to bank & asked him that The Br. Manger should give me call. He agreed for that & asured me that the manager will call me within an hour. After 5 days not a single call came.
Again I called the phone banking. Cute answer was given that the Manager tried to call me but I couldn't be reached on cell. I asked him how many time he called me. no answer.
The phone banking do not have the Branch no. (???)
I am going to file a case of fraud with bank.
Can anybody tell me the procedure?
