[Resolved] Mahindra & Mahindra — Poor service, improper response from the service people | |||
Hi sir/madam, I am V.N.Murugan from madurai , tamil nadu , india . I would like to file a complaint on the service station of mahindra SUSEE AUTOMOBILES (P) Ltd., H4, SIDCO Industrial Estate, madurai to virudhunagar Highway, Kappalur, Madurai - 625008 phone: +[protected] Fax: +[protected] email : [protected]@suseegroup.com I have a Mahindra Xylo car which i left at the service center for service on[protected].30 am and got it back on this day[protected] . The car's interior was good and fine when i left the car at the service station but when i went to get back the car from the service center i was shocked on seeing that the car's key open/lock button was damaged and when i looked inside the car's AC knob was broken. It was like my car was serviced by some 6th std school student. How it can be broken at the service station?? there they test my temper by telling that it was already broken.. I have the job sheet which says it was fine when i left the car for service. and also the car was filled with oil. i saw and felt oil everywhere inside the car right from the dash board to the seat .
