[Resolved] Mahindra &mahindra/ Xylo-E6 — DEFECTIVE VEHICLE | |||
1.Broken A.C slit from the day of delivery and repaired in second service. 2.Broken of Tachometer /speedometer/Cluster meter cover from the day of delivery and the problem identified during second service was replacement of dash board. (The above two problems were identified by Mr. Appa during demo visit 3-days from the delivery) 3.Problems related to shifting of the gear identified during first service by Mr. Jayesh existing from the day of delivery, and I don’t know if it is repaired and was also told that there is problem with gear box with XYLO. 4.Break disk cover problem identified by me as an extra ordinary sound was heard while applying breaks and was told by the expert that would have even led to break failure it was repaired rather it should have been replaced. 5.Faulty Fuel meter repaired in first service. 6.A silver inner lining along the wind shield in front of the driver is not fitted properly. 7.Honking problem is also observed when the car is resting even with engine is ON. 8.Glow box was not glowing and even I told Mr Jayesh and it was not rectified till the second service. 9.The co-drivers arm rest was broken from the day of delivery and repaired later. For rectification my car was brought to G3 8 times and this is the 9th time as told Ms. Vijya Nayakar employee of G3 Customer Service. This is soooooooooo strange. I felt I am buying a good machine but I am now identifying it as trouble machine. Do these problems occur normally from the first day and if this is so, what is the life of vehicle. I was promised Extended Warranty which I received after several request and argument that to the warranty was given on a hand written paper with header of M&M. Initially I did not complain about it because of Ms. Preeti, as she told that all things would be rectified. I want to ask you a question and would like answer in writing, that if you would have purchased this wonderful car with such problems how would you have felt? I personally believe that the car was given to me as a gift or from dump yard at least a car purchased cannot have soo many problems. I don’t want my vehicle to be touched by Mr.Jayesh. Is this kind of impression as the customer of Mahindra and Mahindra should have? And what feedback about M & M I should give to other, kindly suggest. The car was also inspected by Mr Anand.
