[Resolved]  Mahindra Maxximo — gearbox problem

My self suresh motilal shah i have purchased Mahindra Maximo on 17-july-2010 from globle gallary g2 navapur road boisar, Registration no of Maximo is MH-04-EL-4976. the complaint is that in the 3rd gear we put then it start slip and there is lot of black smoke coming from the silencer.the service centre ask for 25000 rs for the servise. but it is in my 1 year maintanence free.so why should i pay it and i have kept my vehical at service station on 26/05/2011 still they have not done my work .so pls consider this & do needfull. pls contact to my no:- [protected] [protected]
