I sent many mails to your customer care email ID, and but not getting proper response.

My vehicle's digital meter is stopped working suddenly. I know that my vehicle's warranty period is completed. But, digital meter is stopped working suddenly, and even I cannot see fuel level as well. Seems it costing Rs 3000+, which I cannot bare. The reasons Explained below. I mentioned all the problems and sent many mails to your customer care email ID, but not getting proper response.

Here again I am explaining my concerns & problems.

1) With in 3 years of period itself, one of the major part (In this case, digital meter) is stopped working means, what is the quality you are manufacturing?
2) If the digital meter lifetime is only 3years, why did you choose this technology, which you don't have expertise?
3) Do you think all the customers will use your vehicle only for 3-4 years? keeping this in your mind, have you manufactured this vehicle?

As digital speedometer is quite expensive, and with in 3years of period it stopped working; why are you not taking this as manufacturing defect?
And, it was working properly the previous day I given the bike for servicing, and suddenly stopped working. As per my knowledge, there is some technical problem in the digital meter, and that can be rectified with repair as well. But, seems your service persons even don't have expertise to repair that.

If you would have manufactured analog speedometer, at-least I can see the fuel level and other details, even if speedometer is not working. But, with this digital meter all the options I can see, if and when only digital meter is working. So, I don't understand can't you define the lifetime of the product? and don't define the quality of the product? Like this expensive products, don't you have expertise to repair even?

I am unable to pay 3000+ amount for the digital meter, as I spent so much money on...
1) Frequently changing parts
2) From last 3+ years in and average bike is giving 30 to 32 km/liter (So many times your service persons tested, but failed to increase the mileage). If I would have bought *any* another vehicle, I would have saved more and more money. But trusted Mahindra and lost money, time, peace and what not.

So, understand my concerns & pain, and do the *needful* at the earliest.
