Right! I have also suffered majorly. I was following up with them for 4 months. Now, I have finally filed a complaint against them with the CHIEF CO-ORDINATOR, CONSUMER GUIDANCE SOCIETY OF INDIA, MUMBAI and President, INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL (ICRPC).

Same issues. I have also just logged onto ICRPC to try and take some action against them... they obviously need to be closed down immediately to stop so many other people being taken for a ride. Please keep me informed if I can join in to take some action... I will let you know if I manage to action something against them.

This agency is a THIE[censored] From Delhi they have run away not even informing about where they are. Mr. Srivastava and Estela are the main victims. in association with Ms. Geeta and Mr. Pandey.

Their office in delhi was U 112, Vidhata Building, Shakar Pur, Office - 2, delhi 92.

Thank you so much for this information. I actually spoke to their representatives and was ready to make the payments.
But, now after reading this, I have decided not to go ahead with them.

We too have suffered very much . I do not recommend anyone to register for maids in this company
Its waste of money and time

We are following up almost everyday for replacement maid after one month of first maid serving us but not a single one has turned up even after 2 months . We asked for refund in case no maids are available however they have refused to refund saying they can provide only service not refund . Everytime different ppl talk and no one bothers to even call us up to inform on anything even if they are told to do so . If they send maid, they do not match our requirements in any way .
Mr. Srivatsav, the head is never available in the office nor he can be contacted in anyway

I have been duped by a Maid / Servant placement company. They have made us register for their service but now we have understood that they actually have duped me. With reference to telecon held with you from your Dadar office, I claim that I have been duped by your company. From the date I have registered i.e 04th July 09 till date I have not being provided with a single maid. It was your representative/executive Ms. Anita Waghmare who have forged me by providing false information. Firstly she came at our house when we were about to leave. a) After registration if we feel that we dont want to subscribe your placement service we can withdraw our registration but only subject to the time before placement of first maid, the amount paid at the time of registration will fully be refunded to me.

b) In cases where we are not satisfied with the maids service provided by you we can bring to your notice about the same and accordingly you will continue providing us with maids till we are not satisfied with her work.


Also would like to add that two maids which were sent at our house for the interview were not as per our requirement mentioned by us. Both the maids had also confirmed that they were not informed about our requirement.


I would not like to waste my time further. But in short, this is an intimation that you have to arrange for refunding my full payment of Rs.1500/- (paid at the time of registration) at the earliest. I would not wait for more than a weeks time.

You have to reply and inform me how are you arranging the re-payment i.e by mode of couriered cheque or by sending your representative at my residential address with cash payment. Remaining has already being conveyed to you over telecom. Hope to have your understanding and prompt arrangement.


The Registration Nos. is 1971 & Sr. Nos is 0021/ Branch : Dadar / Dated 04.07.2009.

This agency is fraud. I was looking for 24 hours full time maid. They force you to try maid for 10-15 days even after I do not like after interview. This is going against your security of house. I refuse. 2 maids sent by them were totally fresh without any previous experience and directly came from villages. Some of them saw gas cooker first time in life, because they were using "Chulha" with wood.
They collect money promptly but no service thereafter. There telephone lines are always busy.
Everytime some new person will take a case and assure you that they will provide maid immediately.

Option given by them were hopeless.

They are crooks, and there way of dealing is casual. They take all o[censored]s for granted because we are busy in our work.

I hope peeople should be careful in dealing with this agency. After collecting advance of 3000 Rs, there response changes and they become very arrogant.

I completely agree to what Mrs. hemrajani states. D.S. Infinity is a big fraud. they just fool people around with their sweet talks but would never provide you with the service.
I paid them Rs. 3500 in Oct '08 and today is 12th Jan '10...i have been continuously following up with them for the maid for my daughter who is 3 yrs now...but in vain. all the staff members ...Mukesh, Prakash, Archana, Suvarna and the head I thinnk his name is Saurabh...they should be locked up in the jail...

Same situation, they promptly collected advance within hrs of asking for a full day maid service, cudnt provide the maid for the 1 month period and i have been following up like maid for the last 4 months and they have not returned our advance. Their Assistant Managers - Rupali & Mukesh have been lying about our refund and the MD - Gaurav Srivastav, seems to be in the hospital for his wife's delivery wen forced to come on telecon. What a way these guys have worked out to con people out of their money. They seem to be running a racket of cheating people in their time of need.

I have also registered with D S Infinity Recruitment for the last 5 12 months and have not received a single call from them inspite of repeatedly calling them and reminding them to provide me with a 24-hr live-in. They have just not bothered to respond to my calls. I had paid Rs 3000 as registration fees and am now asking them to refund. The refund has not come through yet. Rupali is the most useless person I have spoken to. People reading this please send a complaint against the agency to Consumer Protection Cell. The add is : Block J, Azad Maidan, Opp. Cama Hospital, Mahapalika Marg, Mumbai - 1 and send a copy of this to their office as well. I intend to do so too.

They are big frauds, keep making false promises, never return calls. Took Rs 2000 as deposit from me, neither are returning me my money nor are sending any mails, I have been waiting for 4 months now. DON'T GO WITH THEM.

I completely agree with all of you. I had registered with them on 20/4/2010 and today its 06/07/2010 haven't got any maid yet. During the time of registration they collected Rs1500 as an advance & they were demanding a full payment of Rs 3000 & I refused to pay them ( Thank god). They promised many things like within a week they will send maid for interview etc etc. But for days there was no response from their side. Finally i called them up & they had no cl.ue who i am and what is my requirement.Then what !!! as all you experienced, calling them up daily & their stupid reasons, explanations. Finally today when i decided to put an end to it, they refused to pay me back and started giving lectures about terms&conditions.

I request people to think 100 times before registering with D .S . INFINITY RECRUITMENTS ... Its a waste of time & money with no service

Yes, complaints are correct. when you enquire they have wonderful service till the collection of payment. After that they never give not even a single candidate for interview and not ready to pay the amount back
The culprits are
1 Gurav Srivatsav - MD of this company
2. Rupali - Goregaon (w)
3. Priti - Goregaon (w)
4. Mukesh - Goregaon (w)
5. Rakshani - Dadar Branch

Most of the stories are
1. Based on area they will direct you to some other branch and they do not have any connection
2. They will give promise on top of promise and made you to believe some candidate from Aurangabad, lonavala and all coming to your home even in the night.
3. They will do an excellent cat & mouse game between branches and within own office too.
4. Rupali and Priti are always on other calls and in meeting, once they received the payment.
5. They go for lunch during lunch time and it continues like buffet or brunch.
6. 6.Most of the interview they schedule on week-end and nobody will come and they switch off the mobile and on Monday they act as the problem was with the candidate. They will again schedule interview on week-end and the story continue.

I completely agree with all the posts here. I too have a similiar grevance. I intend to visit their office to find out whats goign on. I think we need to initiate soemthing collectively for a strong legal action against them. Any suggestions ?
