Mail Today — Booking id: 7750000731 - Non Delivery of MAIL TODAY Vouchers

Dear Sir,

This is with regards to the subsrciption of MAILTODAY offer of Rs 999/- via cellphone.

My booking is is [protected] dat[protected]. I have been charged twice for the same offer as per my statement attached. Even after numerous phone calls and repeated emails neither the refund (for the amount charged twice on my credit card), nor the MAIL Today voucher alongwith the gift voucher has come.

This sort of callous attitutude is not expecetd from a reputed organisation like India Today. It really amounts to duping the customers and taking them for a ride and making merry on the cutomers' money.

I would request you to look into the mattter and respond on an urgent basis.

Still no response from your end. Even after repeated phone calls and emails neither the refund, nor the MAIL Today voucher alongwith the gift voucher has come. i paid on 21 jan 09. no coupon or subscription received till date. i am requesting refund since 27 Feb 09 but no confirmation received. all i receive from mail today is vague mails assuring me of quick response. my booking id is [protected].

i booked mail today under scheme of free reebok shoes. Inspite of visiting designated stores number of times i could not get shoes as they are out of stock always with directins to visit after 7 days. I never expected this sort of cheating from this reputed group. pl contact me

I received a gift voucher of Reebok on subscription of the mail today newspaper. But whenever I approach a showroom to buy the product, the moment they see the voucher their attitude changes and I am told that the product is not available.

There is no dearth of newspaper which I could subscribe to. Mail Today should look into this problem and not just fool customers by offering such vouchers which is not useful at all..

I also agree with this. i am feeling betrayed i think we have to approach another news channel and expose them on another news channel and put some case in consumer court. i am also consumer of this news paper and facing this problem.

Mail Today — non receipt of coupons

Dear Sir/s
I had paid for Mail Today 2 years subscription through Cheque no. 119640 in the month of jan 2009.
I have called call centre 3-4 times, however everytime I am being told the extended date.
i have also mail 2 to 3 times, but no response is there.
Regret to state that till date I have not received coupon for mail today and Reebok Shoes.

Kindly look in to it and expedite the matter immediately.

I have subscribed the Mail Today paper by paying Rs. 999/- vide PNB cheque no. 829065 and started receiving the paper in month of January 2009.

But paper delivery is not regular.

Also I did not receive the monthly coupon.

I have registered number of complaints with Mail today. But they are not listening.

We took a scheme of Mail Today containing a Gift Hamper and 1 Yr subscribtion. After the end of the subscription a luck draw will happened in that they give a prize can be of Laptop, A car or other. But we didn't receive any information about the grand prize . I placed lot of complaint but there is no response. I hpe U will take action on that complaint as early as possible
