Abhinav took money for name change ad in 2 newspaper, he did got it publish in one, later stopped responding phone calls. Basis his commitment had taken passport appointment, missed that for his failure to provide me 2 news paper ad for name change of my son. Its not worthy trusting this guy!!...

I have subscribed for Mail Today & paid Rs.600/-for yearly subscription in Sept, 13.I was issued coupons in Dec, 13.after continuous requests.Now our newspaper vendor has stopped the paper & returned the coupons saying that he is not getting the money from mail today office & we have to pay for the paper if we want to continue with it.I have talked to Mr.Naseem but nothing has been done so far to sort out the matter....

One executive (Shri Dharmandra Singh [protected]) Collected a cheque for Rs. 999/- as subscription of mail today for 15 months + gift voucher on 30.04.2011. after more than one and a half month, I have neither received mail today news paper nor the gift coupn despite repeated telephonic reminiders to Rajnish Agarwal ([protected]). These things are not in good taste and against business ethics.

I have given a cheque in favour of Mail Today Media entertainment group of Rs. 999/- to my vendor Sh. Anil Pandey who has insisting me to take subscription of Mail Today of 12 months and also a gift coupon of Reebok shoes. The conformatory call is than received by me by mob. No.[protected] and accordingly my cheque is also debited from my S.B.I Account in favour of Mail Today in the month of February. But I am still waiting for my subscription...

i took an yearly subscription of mail today around a month back and i got a reebok shoes voucher along with that.
i was told by their executive that i can redeem it at the mentioned reebok outlets and get the shoes.
i went to the kamla nagar outlet to get my shoes, but the person there told me that they don't have these shoes in a size below 6.
whereas i wear a size 5.
this makes the voucher completely useless...

I have subscribed fro mail today.My coupon no#415024.The paper was supposed to start from 1st April 2010,till now I have not received a single copy.I have complained many times to the concerned officials about this.A complaint has also been logged for the same.The complaint no#070431.I have spoken many times to Mr Javed & Mr.Mohd Shariq about this but the response I'm getting is highly unsatisfactory.Even the manager...

I applied for the subscription of mail today in feb this year but have not received the gift coupon and subscripition booklet till date.I have called there customer care center 3 times but has not got a single reply .As per there customer care they have forward the complaint to there seniors and i have to wait for there reply .My complain No is [protected]. I had paid for Mail Today 2 years subscription through Credit Card in 1st week of Feb 2009.
I have called call centre 3-4 times, however everytime I am being told the extended date.
Reference no is [protected], subsequently on 07/03/2009 I lodged a complaint also vide reference no.[protected], Regret to state that till date I have not received coupon for mail today and Reebok Shoes.
