Please look into my case & issue the subscription coupons as early, as it was too late.

You need to take a good long hard look at your selves. Reading through your complaints for numerous issues I would not even call you a viable or reliable source of news or company, you seem to scam people more than report true facts. A good company come's through on all promises and responds withing a timely manner, all I can see for your future is going broke.
