MAKE MY TRIP NOT REFUND MONEY MORE THAN TWO MONTHS IN OUR CANCELLED TICKET

I HAVE BOOKED FLIGHT TICKETS IX 208 MUMBAI TO MANGALORE TO MUMBAI ON 9TH MAY 2012, DUE TO OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS AIR INDIA EXPRESS CANCELLED FLIGHT, I IMMEDIATELY WE CANCELLED OUR TICKET AFTERWARDS WE RECEIVED REFUND ONLY RS. 35284/- INSTEAD OF 38284/-. THE BALANCE RS. 3000 WE ARE NOT YET RECEIVED TILL DATE. I DISCUSSED SEVERAL TIMES MAKE MY TRIP EXECUTIVES BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
