Now kindly manage to refund the full amount to my concern bank account (22,185 INR) at your earliest convenience.My Bank details as follows.

I would like to inform you that on dated : 8 Th.July 2010 at 10:45 pm Indian standard time I had tried to Book International Air Ticket through my SBI DEBIT CARD from your Internet Travel Agency named as "Make my Trip.com"( http://www.makemytrip.com/ ) and after i built my Air Ticket I had click the pay option but due to internet problem my Electronic online International Air Ticket not get generated neither I get any Electronic Copy of my International Air Ticket but 22,185.00 INR been deducted from my SBI SB A/C No :[protected] which I had check online ( www.onlinesbi.com ) as I have internet banking facility from our SBI Chinsurah Branch. The Account statement NARRATION SHOWS- 22,185.00 INR. Debit 0n 08-July-2010 POS PRCH[protected] [protected]. I myself and my wife had contact with makemytrip.com Travel Company and they said they will inform us after 24 hours but unfortunately almost 3 days been over but still i
didn't get my Booking Confirmation neither 22,185 INR been credited to my SBI SB Account.

So it's my humble request kindly look into this crucial matter and do the needful at your earliest convenience so that the deducted 22,185 INR amount should be credited to my account immediately for which I shall be highly obliged to you.
