[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip — Non refund of cancellation

Dear Sir,

I had cancelled my ticket with Reservation Number:T7GUCM at Delhi Airport on 28th April 2011 and received refund Advcie of Rs.11168/-.Till date this amount is not credited into my citi bank credit card Account.Please treat this as urgent and do the needful.

I had sent n number of mails and the same reply as follows is going on and still some mails are not even replied:Request to resolve from your end.

As per your commitment of credit within 7 working days, it has not happened till now, eventhough today is the 8th working day excluding Saturday & Sunday.Please let me know the course of action which I have to initiate to get the matter resolved.If I am not getting the credit before 10 am on 7th June, I will be forced to find some other sources.Request to credit the amount along with Citibank Interst charges from 28/04/11 till the date of credit.

Please revert.
