[Resolved]  Manashosting bangalore — Stay away from it

I registerd two domains with manashosting sspmj.co.in and wavehealing.co.in. since registration i face contineous down time and very bad customer care support. the suddenly stop there service of plesk control panel. so i suggest u never register with manashosting.

I agree to what Izanullah says, i have been facing trouble since the very first day, my websites were down for atleast a month or so, but later i moved to a different hosting provide named kolkatawebhosting.com, they answer your calls even after 11pm, and there servers are far more better than any other hosting provider in kolkata!
Mr.Mohammed Izanullah, sorry to say but I do not agree your review.I did face the same problem in plesk around 3 months back .But as I informed to their tech team they gave me a solution to shift the server from plesk to helm .Now all my three sites are working fine without any problem.I do understand your situation when you faced the problem as i'm also a customer of same company.But they did inform me prior chnaging the server and sent mails also to take back-up everything.So they helped me a lot.When they helped me so much thought to put a word to you.I feel they have done all possible things to you.
I hope Mahesh Babu is staff of Manashosting, as in entire world who ever went with them attracted over their pricing, they will agree that Manashosting is the worst any one can come across.

Keep away from Manashosting - a cheap dirty company
I agree with mohammed, the worst hosting service provider in india, Amatuer company coming to market and cheated consumers. This is a lesson for all o[censored]s not to believe in fly-by-night operators.

cheapest, worst, third class, hindi mein "Ghatiya", characterless people on the customer support, who start flirting, if some lady calls them. All Fraud people are running the company. I have also heared that the company "manashosting" is going to be banned by Domain Registry of India
yes you are right As this people are Very Very Ghatiya i have a domain and hosting with them but his server is down every day... we are working on firewall we have deal with microsoft, norton and etc but this guys are not understanding our problems... they don't know how work the server and company. now i am shifting my domain and my hosting to websupporters.com they provide me low cost and such a good service. but now manashosting.com is not provideing my backup... then please do not purchase anything from them...
manashosting are no good, as soon you register a domain name, they start displaying irrevalent advertisements, adult advertisements on your domain name, they also use your domain name for sending bulk mails, spam messages etc, my domain was caught as a spam just because of them, I really wish to ban these people and I am willing to provide any kind of help required. They have got my company site black listed on many servers, i really want them to be out of the business.
I don not agree with this review.Manashosting is the best and very good service provider.Low price but best quality package and support I have got from them.And why this funda everytime whenever there is a person replying in favour of a company he is recognised as a customer.I disagree with this.
I totally agree with regarding comment of Manash Hosting. Their service is wrost service i ever had seen anywhere

Dear friends

i am hosting my dishnews forum and some blogs in the indian webhosting provider manashosting.My domain name is medianetwork.co.in.
My forum attracts less traffic around 500 pageviews per day.Also, i use some of subdomains for my blogs, which attracts no traffic.

My hosting package details are Linux 2gb webspace, 10gb monthly bandwidth.For past 10 months, my site only consumes 15%
bandwidth/month.

i am experiencing several frequent site down problems (particularly 4th time in last six days).Because of frequent site downs, i am facing several problems to improve my site position in google search.Two days back(7th may 2008) i got an email from manashosting with a recommendation to use dedicated server since my site uses more bandwidth resources.

Since that my site redirected to a page which shows the following message " This Account Has Been Suspended Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible".

Then i contacted their support department via chat option given manashosting site.Their CC officer did not aware this problem.

He informed me to contact billing department through raising support tickets option via their site.Then i raised 4 tickets with emergency status and send several emails to them. So far 36 hours passed, no response for my support tickets, still they are open status.No response for my emails too.

Yesterday morning (8th may 2008), i contacted their support department.This time they told me to provide cpanel id, password, my email id and gave assurance to solve my problem.No action till evening.

Then again i contacted their support department on evening.This time also they told me to provide cpanel id, password, my email id and gave assurance to solve my problem.What pathetic service from manashosting?
I am running my forums in this account with very little traffic.How can it consume more resources?

I don't agree with those who are telling manashosting is worst company. 6 months before even I was in the situation to select a good webhosting company, then I tried 7days trial provided by manashosting. I was very much satisfied with that . after that I took a one domain package, at the beginning I face some problem but their support team guide me at that time. now it is working fine.
I am agree with Mohammed Izanullah, I had also purchased a plan of 10 domains on Manas Hosting. Their services are the worst services I have ever seen. Even when I needed to create an email it took 3 months and we had to mail 17 times, then the email was created. The uptime is very bad. When I tried to add more domains it said your limit is over but I had 9 domains left. I was able to add only 1 domain and the remaining after many days. It was very hard to host with Manas Hosting. They are very bad don’t trust them. They do not reply on customer support and don’t receive phone calls. When we go to live chat they give links. When we go there they run away during the chat. When some error occurs and we mail them, they say that the error has been fixed. When we try again it still persists.
Now I found a good and cheaper web hosting company than manas hosting.
One of my conversations with the technical team. I fail to understand their survival strategies with such low quality services

I kept waiting and they never responded and rudely transferred me to the sales team which again disappeared and kept me waiting. They always have this stupid never ending Chat Queue in case of live technical support.

I wish I had read these reviews before signing up with them. Just about a week and I feel like banging my head against the wall. I can't tell how many times I have had to contact them about various issues, but there are always new ones that come up and their response is horrible. they often tell me that the issue is resolved while it's still there. I HAVE ONE SINGLE ADVICE FOR ANYONE - EXISTING OR NEW CUSTOMER OR MANASHOSTING. SWITCH TO ANOTHER COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. In one instance, they FORGOT to renew a domain name and somebody's one year long online business SHUT DOWN because the domain was gone and would not be available until the end of the year.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LEAVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

This is our choice to select a good webhosting company. if you are in a confusion to choose, you can take asmall package and try it out. Even at the beginning I took a 7 days trial package from manashosting. I was satisfied with their service.After that I took a linux package and it is working fine.
If you want to go in trouble with loss of your money and time then try manashosting.com, indias very dirty company. Because it will take 1month to register at list 1 Domain
