I am Pious Xavier Raj. S, I was with Manatec Electronics PVT LTd for 2 and half years, I was working as Project Manager..I put my papers 17th Aug.2010. During that time they assured me that i will be relocated to Chennai in three months, i was waiting for 4 more months, but nothing materialized. being a Diabetic patient i cannot stay in pondi to work there.. so i did not go to office..Now they ask 3,00,000 rs. for Compensation....SO GUYS BE CAREFUL .... Respected Sir/Madam,
Subject: Resigning my Current Position Regarding
I tend to resign from Manatec Electronics Pvt LTD on 11/06/2012 and I am sure this you must have assumed by looking at recent change in work environment. Before leaving I wanted to express my feeling of happiness that “FINALLY I AM LEAVING”.
It feels great to go in new working environment where I might learn some real work unlike here. Jokes apart I had a good time with my team members and learnt some things which I basically didn’t wanted to learn.
Although my time with Manatec has been, on the whole, satisfying and productive, for quite a while now I have become less and less satisfied with the work situation. The direction of the Management ( R&D), the group in which I work, and the methods of accomplishing them are making it increasingly difficult for me to feel that I’m contributing sufficiently.
