[Resolved]  maniacstore.com — Refund not Received

I had place an order (#68238) on 25th July 2013, cleared the payment on next day. They promised to deliver my product with in 2-3 business day. But when I still didn't received the product on 3rd Aug-2013, I cancelled my order & denied to received the product from Currier. since then I tried several time to contact with maniacstore customer care through Email about my refund, but they didn't give me any reply.
